Very cool spot. Vegan ramen o and was the Shoyu green machine, it was very tasty. But the vegan gyoza was absolutely delicious.

Options, Options, Options - Edit
What I liked most is that they offer multiple options, not just of vegan alternatives, but what kind of noodle based dish you feel like! They have soba and ramen, as well as snacks and daily menus. I liked the fried eggplant the most! Highly recommend the house lager.

Modern, busy, delicious - Edit
This is more on the modern/western end of ramen but it was absolutely delicious. Dreaming of going back. Gets busy though, service was not attentive

Crowded place with great ramen - Edit
We were pretty lucky that we came here right after it opened. It got pretty crowded after we ordered our food and people waited quite a while. So arrive early or make a reservation if you want to make sure you get a place to sit.

Experimental ramen but not the highest quality - Edit
There is def better ramen you can find in Hamburg, but I liked that they dare to experiment with their ingredients. The two ramen bowls I had weren't quite my taste, but I will be back to try others.

Many options, great food, long wait - Edit
Many vegan options clearly marked on the menu. All chicken or meat can be replaced with crispy tofu, which was done well. Crispy tofu korean bbq as a starter and a seasonal ramen with browth based on hokkaido and miso; both very tasty.
