Only vegan options for ramen is spicy. Not willing to talk about any alternatives. Not very helpful waiter.
They do not make their own noodles.
Nothing special here, taste wise it was just ok.
If you're vegan and have been to The Woodlands, you know there's not much in the way of interesting vegan options. Luckily, The Woodlands now has a ramen bar that has an all-vegan option! I've had ramen in Japan and top-ranked ramen in Austin and other cities, but Koji might have my favorite version. It's spicy so be careful about that -- you can always ask for it to be a little milder.
