Serves meat, vegan options available. Ramen chain that can make two ramen dishes vegan upon request - specify no egg and ask to omit meat. Also has vegan starters such as edamame and gyoza. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.
We ordered 2 vegan ramen- miso and tantanmen. Both were delicious and tasted authentic. We also ordered extra noodles, which unfortunately were undercooked. Overall, a nice experience as it is difficult to find vegan options in Trondheim.
I went to Koie ramen based on reviews and profile on Happy cow, when I arrived tho and asked for vegan options the waiter very clearly said we have nothing vegan, we serve only meat. When I said I found them on Happy cow and read about vegan options he said I can only have miso ramen, so I had that. Apparently the gyoza is also only with meat, so I don't understand this profile and reviews, or the waiter was just not very customer friendly. But miso ramen without the egg was nice in the end.
Many options are clearly labeled. Options include vegan, Sugar free etc. The choclate cake wasn‘t labeled but the staff was well informed and as you can see on the bill the cake is vegan. The Baiers itself is modern, very clean and offers a wilde range of desserts but also wraps, Snacks and ice cream.

Great ramen - Edit
Koie ramen has two options that can be made vegan: the tantanmen and the miso. Both good but my favorite is the tantanmen. Full of flavor and filling.
