No real options - Edit
Confirmed that all broths are not vegan. Only options are plain veggie rolls. Waitstaff is great, low stars for no real vegan option.

I avoided this place for more than a year thinking that they had no or very limited options. I have gone twice and have not yet been able to try everything that is vegan on their menu. They are friendly and will answer questions. Make sure if you order the veg ramen that you specify with vegan broth.
