it's closed for good - Edit
There's a dunkin donuts where this used to be
Disappointing wraps - Edit
We went there with tempered expectations having phoned to find there probably wasn't much in terms of lunch. There were two vegan wraps offered: one "the fresh cut veggies" and the other "hummus and veggies". The fresh cut veggie wrap had only lettuce, cucumber & tomatoes. The hummus & veggie wrap had only the same 3 salad ingredients with no hummus in spite of the friendly young staff insisting it did have a spread of it. All 5 of us agreed they were far from satisfactory. They had about four vegan baked sweet goods slices, like banana bread and cookies. (didn't try them though).
Pros: baked goods
Cons: misleading ingredient listed

Hidden gem!! - Edit
This place really is a vegan's dream. The amount of vegan options they have is endless. I especially like that their vegan sandwiches and pastries are much more heavily advertised than the non-vegan counterparts. That's awesome! I'm not sure what the other reviewer was getting at about the lack of vegan butter (if Earth Balance is that big of a deal, bring your own?), because they have tons of choices for bagel spreads: Classic hummus, apple hummus, peanut butter, jelly, apple butter and so forth! They are also doing vegan soups, right now. The minestrone and tomato bisque are incredible.
Living in New England, where just about the only coffee options are Dunkin' Donuts and Starbucks, I can fairly say this place reigns all. Who wants to go to Dunkin' Donuts when their bagels aren't vegan, and DD doesn't even provide soymilk? And, despite the fact Koffee Works is family-owned, it is still light years cheaper than Starbucks (and Starbucks has basically zero in the vegan pastry department!).
Koffee Works is the perfect place for a vegan to get breakfast and their morning latte (the mocha pumpkin latte with soy is killer) and an equally great place to go for lunch. Try the Lovely Linda wrap. It's delicious.
Pros: Friendly staff, Excellent food, Great prices
Cons: Too far from where I live! :)

Nice selection of vegan sweets - Edit
There was a wide variety of vegan baked goods. They have vegan bagels, yet no earth balance, so had to go the peanut butter route.
Pros: wide selection of vegan baked goods, easy access off I95, friendly staff
Cons: no earth balance for bagels, no real vegan options for meals outside of bagels.
