Fantastische Küche und freundliches Personal - Edit
Habe mir hier ein gesamtes Menü gegönnt. Es ist nicht günstig aber auf jeden Fall jeden Cent wert. Ein schöner Ort um besondere Anlässe mit einem tollen Essen zu feiern.

Wir haben zwei der saisonal wechselnden Menüs probiert und waren begeistert. Es ist ein wenig schwer zu beschreiben, was einen hier erwartet. Es sind keine Menüs mit besonders auffälligen Speisen, jedoch sind die Komponenten super abgestimmt und in sich perfekt. Mein persönlicher Star waren die Spaghetti di mare in cremiger Zitronensauce mit Karottenlax, Algenkaviar und Salicornes.

Sehr liebevoll zubereitete Speisen, sehr abwechslungsreich. Man sitzt gemütlich; schöne, glatte Holztische; eine Gaststube, wie sie sein soll. Sehr netter Service.

An integral part of the vegan gastronomy in Stuttgart. Open since 2000 and vegan by conviction since 2013. Körle and Adam don't follow trends but brought veganism to the city a long time ago and you can taste that.

A wonderful evening with friends and „gehobelten Kräuterseitlingen, Crostini, Cashewkern Frischkäse mit Spargel, Pilz - Risotto und Vietnamesischem Pho und Mandel - Nougatchreme“, served by the friendly staff remain unforgettable.

Wie immer ein ganz besonderer Genuss. Bestellen zu können, ohne jedes Gericht erstmal nach tierischen Zutaten durchforsten zu müssen, ist eine Wohltat. Aber hier fällt die Auswahl wirklich schwer, alles topp. Es gibt 3 Menues, die man auch untereinander austauschen kann, alles ist sehr flexibel.

It’s nice to see a 100% vegan restaurant in Germany! Their options are limited. Ordered Asian risotto as main, passion fruit juice for drink and espresso vanilla ice cream for dessert.

The Körle und Adam is my favorite restaurant. I always go there for special occasions. The food is always delicious and special, it's always a new experience. It might be a bit pricey, but it's worth it - the food is fresh and self-made. The atmosphere is relaxed and down-to-earth.

The atmosphere is relaxed, the food delicious and satisfying. They offer three three-course menus but you can pick and choose any of the dishes on the menu or go along with the menu as is.
