Vegan/Vegetarian/Human Friendly - Edit
Sometimes I eat here 4 times a week. I was a vegetarian when I began eating here but I recently went full vegan ;) (animal products are so overrated) I really love Kobe Japan because the staff always treat me like family. In New Iberia there are not many options to Vegetarians and even less for Vegans but this is one of them. Most of their menu items are based on meat but they do have quite a few vegetarian dishes also. They have a couple of vegan dishes that are very delicious. The owner even makes vegan fries rice to order if asked. He has also offered to make additional vegan dishes and has stated he will possible be adding a vegan section to the menu. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Cons: Not open 24/7 nor free, Service to carnivores, Not enough vegan variety
