Fantastic cafe - get out there and support them! - Edit
This cafe is very cool and hip and located right next to a shrine which was pretty cool. I went there on a particularly hot day in Nagoya, and it was a little bit of a walk but worth it for sure. The owner was extremely friendly and just had a great vibe - you could tell they really cared about making sure that vegans had options in Nagoya (hence why the started the cafe, they told me).

~~ Pizza ~~
One thing you have to keep in mind, is that this is a small cafe, so there isn't an industrial sized kitchen or pizza oven. So the pizza was made in a small convection oven, and I, the pizza snob that I am, actually really enjoyed it. The flavour of the sauce was very rich and just generally it was very very well balanced - couldn't fault it. There was some sort of "meat" on there as well which also had a great texture/taste. The base, compared to what you might be used to at say a woodfired pizza restaurant, wasn't as charred or crispy, but was actually soft and fluffy and delicious all the same - not what I was expecting to like but was pleasantly surprised.
~~ Kiwi Cheesecake ~~
Nice and cool on a hot day, and I think the specific fruit flavour changes with seasons? Very nice cheesecake flavour, and the sweetness of the fruit worked well to contrast this. Absolutely delicious base, crumbly and savoury.
~~ Donut & cookies (not pictured, soz) ~~
I also had two of the donuts and some of the hand-made cookies. The donuts were more of the cake-style ones, so on the denser side of things but the flavour was good. The cookies were delicious with a lovely lemongrass/ginger flavour, and a satisfying crunch without being too hard.
~~ Drink ~~
I had a juice which was a combination of apple juice and a local fruit of some kind (I think). Very refreshing, not too sweet either.
🕯️🍷 VIBE/ATMOSPHERE
Kind of a cool industrial vibe. The owner (plus the food obvs) was the highlight - very sweet and open to having a chat about the store and just veganism in general. There was quite a few booklets/pieces of paper about veganism as well, so really loved that.
Pros: Food was delicious, Nice range of drinks
