Fries stand in the Knoebels amusement park located near the Power Surge. Cooks only fries, and cheese is optional and is dispensed from a machine so risk of contamination is minimal. Around the corner you can add toppings such as salt, pepper, vinegar, and ketup. Open Mon-Sun 12:00pm-8:00pm.

My Knoebels go to! - Edit
My must get food item every visit. The fries are cut on the spot and cooked right away so their always fresh! I can't say anything bad about these fries in the 40 years I have been visiting Knoebels.$4 is the current price for an order. I like mine with vinegar, salt, pepper and ketchup. Barbecue sauce is also available around the corner from the counter.
