Gluten-free baked goods - Edit
The gluten-free, sourdough, mostly vegan baked goods I made by this small business that has a kiosk that is found occasionally at this farmers market on Union Square. I had a maple muffin, it was hearty and delicious. Because it is gluten-free, expect to pay quite a bit more than for a typical muffin or other type of typical baked good.

Look at ingredients closely - Edit
While I do appreciate that they offer a number of vegan options, some items that you would think would be vegan are not. For example, their sourdough bread contains honey, but they still label it as "vegan". Be sure to check the ingredients list of each item closely. As expected of a gluten-free bakery, all items are 2-3x average prices. I was not a fan of the black and white cookie (cream came off in transit), but the donuts (carrot cake and chocolate glaze) were enjoyable. Check their IG feed to confirm when their stall is going to be at the Union Square Greenmarket.
