Hidden Gem for Vegan-Friendly Options 😃 - Edit
I was glad to find this café in an area where there aren’t many vegan food options at all. I had breakfast potatoes and a salad with a sandwich — everything was really good and tasted fresh. The server was very friendly and overly talkative in the best way, which made us feel more at home. It’s a cozy spot worth stopping by!

Vegan Friendly but not Vegan Diverse - Edit
The Knead Cafe is a warm, talkative, and friendly environment with comfortable seats that allows you to settle down, relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy a bowl of soup. Unfortunately the breakfast and lunch menu lack many vegan options but, it can be expanded with the modification of a few dishes. They have a delightfully sweet and mildly spicy curry dish; a veggie scramble (minus cheese); a mouthwatering quinoa falafel wrap (minus cheese and tzatziki); a deluxe oatmeal (-cream +plant milk.) Typically they have one vegan dessert on hand, usually a scone, which goes perfect with a chai latte. The staff is well managed, trained to answer any questions, and very friendly about food substituions and allergies. They're often quite busy, so arrive early, and prepared to scour the select scrumptious vegan options.

So surprised to find a tofu veg scramble “The Tree Hugger” on the menu which was cooked to perfection. Just order without cheese. Add Cholula sauce and it was divine. Also had Deluxe Oatmeal available.
