Vegan CC and Specials - Edit
Knead has 2 vegan bagel options - superfood that tastes like an everything bagel. They also have many vegan spreads including a sunflower seed spread, peanut butter, jelly, hummus. They had a vegan chickpea salad sandwich there when I went and it was very delicious. Toppings (vegetables) are also available for your bagel. Staff are well versed on what’s vegan and other options in the city!!!

They have delicious vegan bagels and also choice of vegan cream cheese and spreads. I really enjoy the superfood bagel with herbed sunflower spread!
