Found this through the HC app! There were no other vegan places around for breakfast on our way home from Oliver and came here.
Read moreWhat a great spot! Hailey (who said she will be working there PT for a few more years) was so helpful and thoughtful. She double and triple check ked items to make sure things things were vegan and there would be no mistakes.
Concocted a great bfast bagley with avocado, a vegan beet patty and asked for a side of hashbrowns if they could and they made it, even though it wasn't on the menu as a side.
Many plant-based milks for coffee and lots of other stuff in their organic market!

What a great selection of vegan options!! Very pleased to find gluten free and vegan options in Cawston. 100 bonus points for being able to purchase fresh organic veggies from the local farm as well!! Great spot for coffee, pastries, meals, groceries and local goodies😄highly recommended

A marketplace and cafe on an organic farm.
Read moreHuge selection of organic fruit & veggies grown on the farm right there and incredibly delicious and fresh. They even had one of the guys bring up more fresh peaches while we waited.
A large selection of vegan choices from things in the market to the cafe selections. Hummus, sorbet, pesto, vegan soup & chili.
Had a super delicious vegan zucchini apple muffin, best tofu focaccia sandwich, didn’t try he tofu burger but will for sure.
Milk alternatives for coffee.
Best place in the Okanagan Valley by far! They also have a beautiful restaurant, an award winning cidery and guest suites just down the road.
