La nuova frontiera dell’homemade

Il locale ha cambiato recentemente nome e soprattutto modalità, essendo adesso interamente automatizzato con delle vending machine che la proprietaria, signora gentilissima, riempie con cibo fatto da lei. Qualche proposta vegana (poke fai da te, ravioli, un tipo di mochi). Anche un burger vegetariano ma attenzione: il pane contiene latte.
La signora era in cucina nella stanza accanto a quella delle vending e mi ha spiegato dettagliatamente il funzionamento del tutto. Il locale si trova a un paio di isolati dalla spiaggia: ottimo da mangiare in riva al mare!

Good vegan burger

This is a nice little place in Marina di Carrara. Has a few vegan options (vegan burger, couscous with spicy chickpeas, poke bowls). I got the vegan burger and some fries which were excellent. Staff was friendly and knew about vegan food. You can eat at the place or do take-away. Prices were average.

Pros: Food was good , They knew what veganism was, Nice little place

Cons: Not that many vegan options

Lecker und modern
