I has lunch at Kiyaga restaurant and I had a great time! For lunch it was a buffet and they had a lot of vegan options. They also have a lot of veggies and fruits for dessert. Staff is wonderful and the place has a wonderful view over the Kivu lake. Way more expensive than other restaurants in Gisenyi but it worths it!

Je suis allée déjeuner dans ce restaurant et j’ai passé un très bon moment! Ils servent un buffet pour le déjeuner et ils ont pas mal d’options véganes. Ils ont aussi beaucoup de légumes et des fruits pour le dessert. Le personnel est merveilleuse et le lieu a une vue magnifique sur le lac Kivu. C’est beaucoup plus cher que les autres restaurants de Gisenyi mais ça vaut son prix!

Good food, limited options - Edit
The staff were very accommodating & the chef came to our table to make sure our needs were met. Food was delicious. Pasta was made off menu and pizza was available and vegan with removal of some ingredients. Ate here again before we left Gisenyi!
