Cool location - possibly changed or eliminated some options?

We visited here while driving scenic route 12. We saw our ETA was going to be right after their kitchen closes at 3, so we called ahead and asked them to make us food before their kitchen closes. They were very kind in accommodating this for us.

Spouse got tamales and I got a veggie wrap. Over the phone, they told me the three vegan options were tamales, the wrap, and a house salad. Inside, they had pastries, but I did not see any labeled as vegan. I wonder if their menu is kind of seasonal or whether they reduced their vegan options.

I got a coconut limeade, which was refreshing after our long drive as well.

The location is beautiful and they also sell some pottery and other items from I assume local artists. I would visit again.

Pros: Atmosphere, Friendly service, Cool other stuff for sale

Cons: Wish they had a vegan pastry item

One of the coolest coffee shops I’ve been to

So interesting, beautiful outdoor seating area overlooking the scenery. Lots of beautiful local art and some clear vegan options. Would highly recommend stopping here, if not just to see it!

Pros: Interesting, Unique, Vegan options!

Beautiful spot

Great place for a beverage before or after a hike nearby. Both indoor and outdoor seating are pleasant. The one vegan food item on the day I went was a chocolate cake, which was pretty good.
