Imaginative and Delicious! - Edit
Needed a greasy fix and this did the trick. Ordered the Korean mushroom burger with fries and relish. Get the relish! It’s a very tasty, creamy dip for your fries.
Read moreThe bun was nicely toasted (but still soft enough) and the burger had great crunch and gochujang heat. Fries were delicious and crispy.
Loved that they had self-service free tap water too. Convenient location, friendly staff, a couple of spots to eat outside.
Pros: Imaginative menu, Everything you want in a burger joint, Free self-service tap water

Best vegan burger of Brussels (and Belgium ?) - Edit
Their burgers are the best. The Asian fusion style is what made this restaurant stand out for me. Everything tastes great, it is nicely located in the center of Brussels, and prices are good. Their Belgian vegan award prize is well deserved, that's for sure

A "no" for me - Edit
Most important: the place is disgustingly dirty, the glasses and the trays seem not have been cleaned properly. Eating there was not pleasing at all.
Read moreAs to the food, it is okay. The burgers seem to be something different, due to their exotic flavours, but then the execution is somewhat lacking with poor result.
Although it is cheap, I won't recommend it.

Interesting taste, very impressing burger - Edit
I am quite impressed by the quality of the burger. Both the bacon and the Korean were plenty of flavours, amazing and impressive combination, super tasty. The corn dog is really really good! I like that they wanted to give an Asian twist to the cookie as well but the combination with the miso was a bit off in my opinion that night, can t wait to give it another try!

Nice bean patty (smash burger) - Edit
The smashed bean patty was great, although I wasn’t the biggest fan of the “cheese” which kinda gloopy and flavourless. Will try one of the other Asian inspired burgers sans cheese next visit.

Zu viel Sauce! - Edit

Burgers with a twist (and great fries) - Edit
We had the tofu burger, smash burger, and Korean hot dog along with fries for dinner. The food was excellent including fries cooked Belgian style but in vegetable oil. The hostess was careful to explain everything was vegan. Without being prompted, she explained how the fries were cooked. The service was prompt. Only in Brussels for a few days, but we may return!

Pretty Good - Edit
The burger was real but honestly why would they mix a sugar-salt blend with the fries. It was way too sweet and even unhealthier than usual. Idk, maybe that’s normal in Brussels?

Cons: Price, Salt-Sugar with Fries

No, that’s not normal in Brussels. Salted fries, but no sugar!

The fries are realling good, the bacon burger was really good, except that I found the bacon too cooked. The siracha mayo is great.

Vegan burgers with hokkaido buns - Edit
If you are tired of settling for reheated veggie patties like me, then look no further! Indulge in the Korean Spicy Burger at this vegan haven—a crispy oyster mushroom coated in batter and coated in Gochujang sauce. The lettuce slaw, also infused with Gochujang, adds a fiery punch. But what truly sets this place apart is the heavenly vegan Hokkaido bread, which is better than brioche buns by miles. While the €13 price tag may seem steep for just a burger (sans fries), the impeccable flavours earn a solid 10/10. Can't wait to return and explore more of their vegan delights!

Good vegan burger in town - Edit
I like the few options 4 burgers 4 sides. The quality is very good but the fusion food is not pushed enough and the price is quite high : 15.5€ burger fries

Surprisingly good burgers - Edit
We were near the historic city center and we came across this really tasty restaurant. It was packed but it's because the food is really good :), even my sister, who usually doesn't like vegan food, liked it. The prices were also reasonable and the portions were huge. The staff was friendly and had a nice decor. Overall, it is a place that I would recommend.

Great food in a nice venue - Edit
Solo dined here and had a great time. Got a bacon cheese burger with furikake fries with relish sauce, it was very tasty. The burger patty was aduki bean, the cheese sauce was maybe made with potato and carrot, and the bacon was rice paper. Really nice to have something different to what you can buy yourself in supermarkets. Bar staff were nice and recommended beers. After 11pm they have a DJ.

Good food, delicious cookie - Edit
The current spot at KNOP is perfect, in the way that you can have good burgers and craft beer. I had the Kitsune tofu burger, and it was quite tasty. It could have had a bit more flavor though, and the sauce was very dominant and sour, but the bun was amazing. I had fries with some different spices including seaweed, and they were super tasty. I got a cookie to go, and it was absolutely delicious. Great place, and great beer as well!

We tried the special burger from March (mushroom noggets caramelised in peanut - coconut) with Japanese spiced fries, and the tofu burger. We liked both equally! We also liked the kimchi rice balls. I hope they find a place to rent in Brussels! Spread the word!

Unique and Delicious! - Edit
A new and refreshing take on the vegan burger and fries! Vegan burgers seem to be everywhere nowadays so it’s nice to find somewhere that’s doing something special with the concept. I had the Korean burger and spiced French fries and loved every second of eating it! Hope I get to try more.
