Haven’t tried the tofu bowl lunch special, but they have a tofu bento, an Okinawa sweet potato plate, and a vegetable curry plate (the curry is more like a sauce than a stew) that will all absolutely blow your mind. Simple food, done really really well.

I had the tofu bento and it was OK but really not wow. Tbh I had higher expectations after reading the other two reviews. Unfortunately the food did not reach my expectations... The food from Earth Aloha is much, much tastier 🙈

Tofu Bento Box is the bomb! The rice cubes are cute and have perfect texture! Vegetables and sauces were fantastic. You can tell that the chef thinks about health as well as flavor. We could not have asked for a better and more balanced meal.

Unique Flavors Hidden in South Maui Gardens - Edit
I’ve been to South Maui Gardens numerous times but had never walked past the initial food trucks. I’m glad I did because Kitoko was a unique and tasty meal.
Read moreThere were a lot of main meal choices for non-vegans, accented with what appeared to be vegan (or vegan-able) sides. It’s unfortunate they could not be purchased without the main meat dish.
That said, the vegan meals were delish. I would definitely eat here again. It’s costly but fairly on par for Maui.
Pros: Fresh ingredients, Atmosphere!!! , Unique flavors
Cons: High cost for portion size (Tofu Bento), Gourmet dinners all have meat
