This fully vegan bakery is located behind the Kitchen Mouse Cafe. It used to be in the cafe, but they expanded and upgraded to a large separate building with dome ceilings and tiles. Offers a bakery case with gluten free options, made-to-order breakfast sandwiches and breakfast croissants, coffee/tea, grab-and-go prepackaged meals, raw cashew cheeses, kombuchas in refrigerated case and more. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-4:00pm.

Friendly staff, delicious cookie - Edit
I came in right as they were closing, but they were so kind and didn’t rush me while I made my last minute choice. The pine nut cookie was heavenly. Look forward to trying the rest of their offerings next time

Was in the area and thought I would stop by since I have been following them on Instagram. I opted to go to the bakery and get a breakfast sandwich for lunch. I’ve had lots of vegan breakfast sandwiches and this one was better than most. I liked that they put it on croissants instead of bagels. I got a chocolate chip cookie to go and it was addicting. Their sandwich combinations sounded really interesting so I’d love to come back sometime and try something savory.

This restaurant is MOSTLY VEGAN. A few items do have egg or dairy milk, but they are easily swapped for plant based options.

I got the chilaquiles and a "dirty"chai latte (dirty means it has an extra espresso shot). I don't live near by, so I'm not going to be able to visit often.

Incredible croissants - Edit
We grabbed 2 breaky croissants and a cream cheese bagel and they were both delicious. Cream cheese on the bagel was nearly too generous. Coffees were too hot and burnt the milk but perhaps that is the American way. Our Aussie dollar hurt us at this place with it costing $100aud for breaky. We would do it again though!

I love this place. I always get the rice cakes with roasted shishitos. Can’t bring myself to try other stuff because that plate is so good. Gonna have do to do a croissant now, though.

Love the separate bakery! - Edit
Kitchen Mouse Cafe is now separate from the Bakery and that makes both so much more accessible and enjoyable. The bakery is large and gluten-free options for your morning desserts. Coffee and tea and everything you love about taking a few hours to work or lunch with friends at a coffee shop - all vegan!
