Serves meat, vegan options available. Nepali cuisine near Kintetsu Okubo station. Has a vegan labelled dahl curry set. Previously called JahpaL Live. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-11:00pm, Sat-Sun 11:30am-11:00pm.
This place is excellent from the food to the atmosphere. I can't recommend the Dal Baht soy set strongly enough. It's life-changingly tasty, not to mention they always use seasonal vegetables so it'll be a little different every time you visit. The food isn't spicy, but it is well-spiced. That is to say, it's very flavorful. They definitely know their way around a spice cabinet--moreso than any restaurant I've been to in Japan.
I don't recommend the curry quite as strongly... The bean curry tastes like chilli, and the spinach curry is a little bland. I'm a big palak paneer fan and this curry wasn't what I expected. It's very liquid and mostly tastes like spinach soup.

They have a takeout menu as well.
