Really delicious teishoku - Edit
I wish every shopping center had a restaurant like this as an option! The kuruma-fu karaage was fantastic, and it was nice to be able to actually be able to have miso soup at a non-veg place. The sweets were also nice. I’m not usually in this area but will come again if I’m passing through. My only criticism is that the add-on salad is just lettuce and some dressing, totally not worth adding it to the set.

Vegan Set Meals - Edit
Cute little shop in the shopping center by the Hachioji Station. We were drawn in by the fact that their menu actually has the word Vegan on it, despite not being an all vegan (or even vegetarian) restaurant. Their focus is on organic and sustainability while also preparing delicious, well-balanced, and beautiful meals. We got the vegan set meal and the fu (not-quite-seitan) set meal, both with soup and salad on the side. Everything was delicious! If you've never tried Fu before, I highly recommend it

Great food - Edit
The fried seitan set meal was amazing. That crunch!! There was no English menu but the staff was nice enough to explain in English simple Japanese (google translate helped too). It’s on the 9th floor of the complex so don’t get lost!

I came here to say the exact same thing, this was my fourth day in Tokyo and I had been terrified to go to a restaurant but I braved it after seeing that they had the word vegan on the menu - oishii desu! When I first sat down they even pointed out what was vegan before I said anything, they have an eye for it (probably also because of my language difficulties) and they even asked where I was from (made me feel valued and not annoyed which was my fear)

Great Vegan Option at the Hachioji Station - Edit
The restaurant was very new and clean. It is located in the Hachioji station. There were several dishes that can be made vegan. They were marked on the menu. We ordered the special combo which were made vegan. It was only $1,000 yen. I am sure to come back.

Healthy organic Japanese food - Edit
The teishoku is very filling and at a reasonable price for organic food. If you like it healthy (no strong flavors or additives) this is the place to go to.
