We ate there this evening, 2 people. Took 4 beers and 2 vegan plates with falafels, vegan köfte and vegan börek. It was very good, the waiters are very sweet, the place is great and close to the coast with a nice walk around. We paid 200 Turkish lira, but I don't have the price details. Which is why I give only 4 stars: there is no written menu. But otherwise I definitely advise going to this place!
Has a menu (in Turkish) with a vegan section with a handful of different options. Cool atmosphere in an old house with a very cozy upstairs and a lot of tables that have a good deal of privacy and really make you feel like you've got your own spot.
33TL here (as of 11/2020) for a vegan dinner plate with a 300ml draft Beck's beer is a tough value to beat. Dinner plate comes with a handful of vegan versions of Turkish foods plus a decent size side salad. Would've preferred a little less dressing on the salad, but that's a minor complaint. Everything here was good and it's always nice to try vegan versions of some more local-style food!
Their vegan plate was very good. Also you cannot find somewhere to eat vegan food and drink some alcohol easily every time. I reccomend you to give it a try.
Their vegan plate is the best, tasty and big in portion. They have promotions from time to time or depending on the day you make a visit there. The outside sitting is available as well. The place is cosy and our favorite with friends to go grab a drink(or more)&chat!
Kırmızı sits in a small street off the main drag of İzmir's tourist district, in an old house with tables on the street also. It's out of the way location gives it an intimate feel. There are several vegan options. I had the sampler plate that included falafel, bulgur, and börek. The accompanying red (kırmızı) wine was delicious. The service was very good and the price was quite modest. I'll definitely try it again.
