A gem in Spring Hill - Edit

After two years living here, this is my "go to" restaurant. I usually order tofu with veggies (white sauce). Well, I pretty much order this every time because it's is so flavorful, veggies are done perfectly (slight crispness) and it's not too sweet. I may try something else if I feel adventurous sometime. Staff are super friendly. It's been great every single time.

I could give 5 stars because they are not vegan, yet I'm so glad to have this nearby. There are so few options for vegans in this area.

If you are traveling west, go to Deltona and do a U turn.

Great Tasting Fresh - Edit

Why go anyplace else. This is a great place for classic American Chinese food. Cooked fresh with good selection of vegetables. Even better the staff is friendly and engaging. Don’t know if they were vegan, but the fortune cookies were thought provoking

Pros: Egg Plant, General Tso’s Tofu, Jasmine tea

Cons: Could have been spicier
