Serves meat, vegan options available. Japanese restaurant terminal 4, airside. Staff are happy to veganise existing menu items where possible and there’s a few veggie options as well. Vegan items include avocado sushi, vegetable gyoza, seaweed salad with cucumber and rice. Veganised options include vegetable noodles without chicken, California roll sushi without the fish and miso soup is not on the menu but can be requested.

Pin in wrong location - Edit
I would’ve loved to eat here if I could find it! Unfortunately, the pin is not in the right location. This end of the terminal is a controlled area for select Iberia flights, and there is no restaurant in that area. Hopefully I can find this restaurant Next time I am here!

Great vegan option - Edit
They don’t open until noon, however they make a great vegano toast with hummus, piled high with sautéed veggies. We ate one there and then got one for the flight. Amazing!

Healthy filling and not Ridiculously expensive for an airport - Edit
Is the journey place we found that had vegan food this side of the terminal. Menu doesn’t look vegan friendly but staff are really helpful to accommodate. They change some of the existing menu to facilitate us.

A nice oasis in the airport, calm dining experience and really good quality food. Worked out as £25 each, which I think isn’t too bad fir an airport.
