My reason for visiting the Farmer's Market - Edit
It's Saturday and it's almost lunch time. I'm hungry. Off to the Farmer's Market for some vegan dim sum! I always look forward to visiting King's Vegetarian.
The buns and shumai are delicious. So delicious that I always order them and haven't gotten around to ordering the other items, but they look good too.
A friend of mine swears by their bubble tea and gets it every time he's at the market.
The owners/servers always look happy and are very kind and considerate. That, are the prices are decent enough that you could visit every Saturday! I just wish they were available every day and year round, and hopefully when the new farmer's market location is complete they will be there all the time!
Pros: Excellent food, Many items on the menu, Friendly staff
Cons: Only open for Farmer's Market hours

King of the Farmers Market - Edit
I enjoyed some great tasting soup and a plate of snacks at King’s Veg Food Stall. It’s a nice family operation with good food. If they had a restaurant operating year round I would go there a lot! - but you can only find them during the outdoor Farmer’s Market season, and Saturday mornings at the indoor winter venue.
Pros: No meat, no worries, Good food, friendly honest people, Fresh local ingredients
Cons: Limited opening, Long lineups sometimes

Delicious Vegan Food - Edit
King's is delicious food, but not for the health concious. I call it "naughty vegan food": high sugar, oil, white flour, and mainly soya protein. I am not certain if they are GMO or MSG free, or if their products are organic since I don't remember this being posted.
Pros: Friendly Staff, 100% vegan, no worries
Cons: High Sugar/oil, Soya Protein, White flour products

Great find at the Farmers' market - Edit
Unfortunately we arrived late at the farmers' market and they didn't have full stock by the time we arrived. However, we tried a few items and were not disappointed. Very friendly and helpful people. Everything is vegan according to them. The "honey" is not honey, it is made with sugar. Weird but they confirmed.
We tried the pancake, skewer and curry bun. All very tasty.
Worth trying if you are at the market. It's mostly not super healthy but the veggie sushi is probably the best option if you are after a healthy option.

Excellent Vegan Options - Edit
King's offers a great selection of items. Everything tastes really good. Be aware that they don't have many gluten free options and be sure to ask what ingredients are used! They are also at the Friday night Vernon Farmer's Market so check them out!!
Pros: Good Food, Healthy Choices
Cons: Few Gluten Free Options
