Great Sushi - Edit
Worried what we could find to eat going through Roseburg one cold rainy evening.. We felt fortunate to eat some nice veg sushi and some pho they assured us was absolutely fish sauce and meat soup free.

Bomb sushi - Edit
A handful of vegan sushi roll options, all delicious. My favorite is the Special Tropic with Mango, Cucumber, Asparagus, Topped with Avocado, Lemon. Got vegan pho on special, which was good too. But that sushi roll…mmmm.
