So had an issue a few years ago and they totally redeemed themselves.
Read moreMy dearest friend insisted upon getting me a cake for my birthday. After looking through many delicious options I decided the German chocolate cake was most appealing. But wasn't sure I wanted chocolate overload. Sometimes vanilla is safer. So I asked if they could make vanilla cake instead of chocolate but everything else as offered. They did!
Boy was it good!
I became nervous I wouldn't have any leftovers but ended up with tons. lol
The cake was moist, fluffy, really well put together, not too much frosting loaded up with too much sugar (which unfortunately some vegan bakeries do to overcompensate for some reason) simple and classy but stunning.
Shudder to think how much she spent on my cake but 10 stars for sure!
We need to keep supporting vegan businesses instead of those with vegan options so the vegans thrive.
Will be back!

Woah, cake! - Edit
Beautiful work, really delicious. Need to order way ahead for full cakes (like 2-3 weeks, I think). Has cupcakes, macarons and some other small desserts available at Vegan Collective Kitchen all the time. Ordered an almond and raspberry cake for a birthday and it did not disappoint - was absolutely devoured. Fluffy and full of flavor. Had one of their chocolate cakes at another event and it was out of this world! Would def recommend.
