We went back again 3 days later for more - Edit
Delicious wood-fired pizza with 2 yummy vegan pies to choose from: The Veggie and Volcano Veggie. They don't skip on toppings and they use delicious vegan cheese. The Volcano had so many jalapenos on it, I asked them to make it with less jalapeno and more whole roasted garlic cloves when we went back for more a few days later. The crust is thin and crispy, charred a little on the edges...perfect. Table, self serve seating, not fancy at all. They do have individual servings of beer and wine in the beverage fridge so that was a nice add on. We got 2 pies because one wouldn't have been enough for the two of us and we brought a lot home. Fairly priced. Really nice owner. They've been there for 9 years...how did we miss them? I know we'll go there at least once a week cuz we get tired of cooking and not a lot of vegan options in our neck of the woods.
