The one thing to improve is to reduce usage of disposable packages for takeaway and for example encourage customers to bring their own boxes, cups and cutlery by giving a small discount for that.
And small tables behind the place for warm seasons of the year would be awesome :)
Oh, and since it's already getting warmer, do try the white frappe with homemade almond milk, it's very tasty!

Hermoso lugar donde puedes encontrar opciones sin gluten, todo es vegano. Probé un panqueque con muhamara, realmente delicioso, vale la pena ir, no es costoso y el chico muy amable. Volvería a ir si visito nuevamente Sofia :)

The staff at Kind made us feel welcome as soon as we crossed the threshold, fully vegan menu with separate menu in English made it easy to choose. We had savoury pancakes which were delicious, large and made to order. The muhamara pancake was especially good.

Great vegan place in Sofia! - Edit
My partner and I have already eaten here twice during our short visit to Sofia, and both times we've left feeling very satisfied. Everything is delicious, but we were especially impressed by the freshness of the herbs, fruits, and vegetables in the dishes we've tried. The dishes are artfully seasoned in a way that highlights--and never distracts from--natural flavors.
Read moreSo far, we've had a savory hummus pancake, a warm cabbage dish, a burger with the KIND sauce (a mix of crisp cucumber and nut-based cream), and three different soups (broccoli, cauliflower, and mixed winter vegetables), and we highly recommend them all. We also had a delicious orange-carrot juice (which was quite literally hand-squeezed) and some lovely complimentary chocolate coconut truffles (which were so rich and smooth, almost like chocolate mousse).
KIND's chef and owner, Ivaylo, perfectly embodies the name of his restaurant. He seems to care deeply not only about serving delicious food, but offering a feeling of warmth and connection to all who come through the door.

Lovely little place - Edit
This is a lovely small place serving delicious vegan food. You can find several kinds of burgers, pancakes, dips and a daily menu of some soups and mains. There is not much of an option of sitting there, they have just a couple of high chairs. What we really enjoyed was the way they made their customers feel welcomed. It was definitely KIND.

Delicous food and very friendly staff! I wanted some quick food on the go but everywhere was pizza and unhealthy food. I found KIND and had a delicious vegan broccoli stew. Oh man it was amazing. Highly recommend.

Lovely new place and unique for Sofia - Edit
I highly recommend this place. It is the only one that offers vegan pancakes, plus their burgers are great, but do not cost a fortune. The location is very good for tourists, because it is close to the usual sightseeing spots. I would go there every day if I had the opportunity.

Definitely the kind of small, unique place that you want to support and see develop. Can't recommend it enough!

Good vegan food, eco-conscious eatery - Edit
Juices. Hot meals. Big pancakes (like crêpes) freshly made then filled with either sweet (chocolate, banana) or savoury (baba ganouj or red-pepper hummus or both spread on half each). There was a good-looking white-bean stew and two thick soups on offer the last time I was in. I’ve had a stew of spinach, vegetables and brown rice, which was satisfying and tasty, a generous serving of good coleslaw and savoury pancake.
Read moreSpecial deals at the moment: choose two items from the lunch menu and get 20% off; and after 5:00 pm, all menu items are 30% off, in order to reduce food waste. They’re working towards all takeaway containers/utensils being biodegradable or recyclable. A few bar seats are available; otherwise, do takeaway. I thought it was closed weekends but understand now that it's open Saturdays 10 am to 6 pm.
