Not vegan - adds fish sauce - Edit
I am sorry to say that this restaurant adds fish sauce to all their dishes, so it is neither vegetarian or vegan and it seems it never has been. But unfortunately the staff are not aware about what vegan or vegetarian means. I have a confirmation about this in an email from the store owner (in Danish).
