We came here to try the breakfast. Most of their dishes either are vegan or could be made vegan. I ordered a coffee which was very nice, a little smaller than I’m used to but the taste was nice.
Read moreI then asked if the omelette could be made vegan which it could. I had it with olives and mushrooms. It was very tasty. I really enjoyed the food. My partner had the pancakes and said they were nice. Very friendly service and the cafe looks lovely and bright

Cute vegetarian cafe with options to make any dish vegan. Food was tasty, I had the vegan omelette with mushrooms, wasn’t expecting to have carrots in the omelette, so be aware if ordering, but it was tasty even though I don’t know if I’d call it an omlette. Staff could be more attentive, we were forgotten about a couple times, but it was a busy Sunday so understandable. We paid up and then were getting coffee to go and the staff did put service charge on those coffees after we had paid service with our meal so that’s a bit frustrating. All and all good but wouldn’t rush back.

The salads were incredible and the vegan aranchini ball was so good. We also got the sweet potato and tofu hash which was delicious. The staff were very friendly and you're able to pay via a qr code at the table without downloading any kind of app so you can go when you're ready

Read moreMy friend had the vegan burrito, which was very flavourful and huge. I had the vegan pancake with bananas, berries and compote, and that one was also very tasty and a big portion.
The staff was very kind and went above and beyond to cater for our special requests.

Overnight visitor to London and wanted something different from a 'vegan breakfast' - found KIN and chose the vegan hash. It was delicious! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, it was busy (coming up to lunchtime) but the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. I got cake to take away and it was lovely too. The salad selection looked so colourful - I'd definitely visit again and go for the lunch salad combo!

Service, speed, food, everything was perfect! We booked a table outside the night before for a Sunday brunch. It was really busy and people queuing up to be seated. The hostess was on top of everything vert swift and professional, drinks and food came out quickly, friendly staff, delicious food. Definitely would recommend.

I was keen to go here after seeing such positive reviews but i really had a bad experience.
Read moreI ordered the vegan burrito and it took 30-40 mins even though I eventually saw them just grab a pre-made one from the window and heat it up! Unfortunately it was a big burrito and they didn’t cut it in half so everything in the burrito fell out after I had about 5 bites which ruined it for me :(
Very very chaotic atmosphere, the main guy was shouting at his staff cos they were just chatting and doing nothing so it really wasn’t relaxing lol.
The cook out the back looked like he was working really hard though and was making waffles that legit looked amazing so if you go here maybe try those!

The best food. The worst service and atmosphere - Edit
Honestly the food at this place is amazing. Absolutely love it and go a lot for the food. Saying that, the staff are pretty shocking, the service is terrible and the atmosphere is super chaotic and not relaxing at all. You’ll want to get in and out and the staff will encourage you to leave the moment you’ve sat down. I’ve also found that a few times, we’ve been there at around 3pm (they close at 4.30) and they are closing up and cleaning the floors and taking all the cakes etc away and encouraging you to leave - 90 mins before they close. We were so confused that we asked and they confirmed 4.30 close time. We also had a booking for 3pm and the moment we sat down they told us to order as the kitchen was closing in 5 mins. Then said the same to the people who came in with a booking 40 mins later. It was a bit odd and did make us feel quite uncomfortable, but they’re sort of known for it now.

But if you’re expecting that booking a table means you can spend an hour and have brunch and coffee and chat, you’ll be disappointed. You also won’t be able to hear yourself think with the noise of the staff and the general chaos.

I’d say the food was good but not spectacular. The portions were a bit small especially regarding the prices. We were asked to leave right after eating which I found unwelcoming. I’d have ordered another coffee and a cupcake otherwise.

Having seen the other reviews I had high hopes for this place and was really quite disappointed. The chickpea curry was so watery it was almost flavourless. The tofu on top was so chewy I could barely cut it. The menu is good and pretty much everything can be made vegan, but the taste just wasn’t that great.

Nice little *veggie* cafe in a pleasant area, most if not all items on the menu can be made vegan and the staff are super friendly. I had a vegan chickpea omelette which was the best omelette I've had since becoming vegan, as well as a cappuccino and some mushrooms. My friend had dairy free shakshouka (which can also be vegan). The food was brilliant but I didn't try much, and the drinks were fine too. Outdoor seating is a bit cramped so I'd reccomend sitting inside.

This place was at the end of the street from where I was staying. I went twice. The first time, I had a vegan version of their veggie omelette. I was feeling daring and got the vegan cheese despite the fact that I usually don’t like vegan cheeses. Surprise! I didn’t like the vegan cheese and it was more of a scramble than an omelette, probably because of the vegan eggs. I wouldn’t get it again. Second time, I had vegan pancakes. They were thick and very delicious! Would definitely get them again.
Read moreThe service was friendly, but not awesome or attentive. They take your order, someone drops off your food, and then no one ever comes back. You can pay on your phone and just leave, but I would have liked to order more food and drinks. The second time I went, I heard them tell the two tables next to me one a party of one and the other a party of two (all there before me) that they would need their tables back for guests waiting to eat, so they needed to settle up their checks. The couple seemed to have been there for a while, but was a bit puzzled at the request yet obliged. They were done eating and were talking over drinks. The guy on my left was just finishing his meal when they spoke to him. I would recommend making a reservation since the place is small. However, after hearing them asking two tables to leave, I wouldn’t plan on having a leisurely meal here since they might ask you to leave as well. Not sure I would go back.

One of my favorites! - Edit
I visited KIN Cafe on a busy and sunny sunday. There were no seats left, so we decided to wait outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we had a table in 15 minutes. They even got extra tables from somewhere for other guests.
Read moreI ordered the vegan ommelet which was made of chickpea flour. It was super thick and packed with flavor. It was filled with a lot of mushrooms, other vegetables and vegan cheese. The dish came with sourdough bread on the side. It was so good!
The other dishes looked very tasty too and the size of the portions are great. In comparison with other cafes, this one is not expensive considering the quality of the food, the lovely service and the size of the portions.
This cafe is one of my favorites in London!
