Tasty Vegan Korean food! - Edit
If you need an alternative meal thats Asian & vegan whilst in Jasper pop into this place for some lovely crispy tofu with veggies and rice. It was the only vegan meal on the menu at the time but worked a treat whilst passing through!
Pros: Crispy Tofu cooked well
Cons: No other vegan meal options

Jasper doesn't have a lot to offer vegans but this place was a little oasis in the mountains. The service was wonderful, very friendly and informative. She easily pointed out what we could get as a vegan. The food was impeccable, we actually went twice we enjoyed it so much.
