Serves meat, vegan options available. A New Orlean style sandwiches poboy restaurant with something not often seen in poboy shops--vegan poboy that aren't French fry poboys. The choice changes from time and to and might be a roasted sweet potato & greens poboy or roasted vegetables poboy. Relocated from 811 Conti St. Open Mon 10:00am-8:00pm, Wed-Sun 10:00am-8:00pm.

wow - Edit
I didn't even know what a po boy was before eating here, but wow it was so good!!! I had the cauliflower po boy and it was delicious. The staff is very friendly and they are willing to vega use whatever they can. It's a very casual restaurant-- you go up to the counter and order to go or to stay. The service is very fast, there's barely a wait.

Quick, delicious food - Edit
If you are looking for a quick bite and hot, savory sandwich, this is a great spot. They have two vegan Poboys, the cauliflower poboy and the sweet potato poboy. I tried the sweet potato poboy because I wanted something more filling and the collard greens were delicious in it. Next time I’ll try the cauliflower poboy.

Roasted Swet Potatoe Poboy - Edit
Food was worth trying since I am not a local, would not seek out again. Lacks some powerful flavor and satiating feeling. Ate the sandwich in 2 mins.

Most delicious sandwich ever - Edit
As soon as I asked for the roasted cauliflower sandwich the waitress immediately asked if I was vegan or vegetarian so she could offer appropriate bread choices. Cauliflower sandwich doesn’t sound that sexy, but it was heaven, and just the right amount. There’s seating around a dozen tables and it’s a nice casual environment with some quirky music.

Cannot believe this place has good ratings! - Edit
We heard so much about killer po-boys from a lot of people, so we decided to check it out. Sadly, we were TOTALLY disappointed. There were two vegan options - the roasted cauliflower, and the sweet potato po boys. They both were awful - completely underflavored. And the whole restaurant smells of cooked meat. We like to give business to places that have vegan options so that they are motivated to add more vegan options, but one can barely count these as options, honestly. I would definitely give it another try if they improve the flavor of the offerings.

Sweet potato poboy was good - Edit
We really enjoyed the sweet potato poboy, it's pretty big so you can definitely split it for 2 people if you aren't super hungry. The waitress was very friendly and knew what vegan was and pointed out their options they have for us.

My first poboy has ruined other sandwiches for me - Edit
Wowwwwww! I wanted to give it 5 stars but the site won’t allow me. The roasted cauliflower poboy was beyond expectations. I didn’t think I was all that hungry until I finished my half of the sandwich that I split with my ma—she’s not vegan & she loved it as well. Cashier suggested getting the poboy with vegan bread. They have 2 vegan poboy options & mustard greens which wasn’t my taste. I loved that I wasn’t stuck eating just salad on my trip to New Orleans. Busy but worth the short wait

Shrimp? - Edit
I intentionally made a point to ask for a vegan order, they ended up bringing me shrimp after waiting for 20 minutes. I called and the manager wouldn’t shut up long enough for me to talk and made sure I knew that I couldn’t blame anyone. My feeling, this place is garbage.

Helpful staff that points out veg options - Edit
The day I went in there was a sweet potato poboy and a cauliflower one. Neither is labeled vegan, but staff were very friendly and explanatory when I asked if they were vegan. Note that the ***whole wheat bread is not vegan***. They sub it out for poboy bread if you want it vegan. I went for the cauliflower. It was not bad, but made much better after I seasoned it with the Louisiana hot sauce located at any table. They have a tap water station in the back. Staff offered me a larger cup with ice which I gladly accepted. Also got a side of greens which were vegan. Greens were very tasty on their own, even better with hot sauce! :)

Maximum stars possible in Happy Cow for veg-option place! - Edit
These vegan classic New Orleans Po-Boys are so delicious! I would give 5 stars if the app allowed. Clean ambiance, friendly service, and excellent New Orleans classic soul and R&B music playing, too.

Nice little place but not the best vegan food - Edit
It was nice to find a vegan option on the menu but the Roasted Sweet Potato PoBoy wasn't all that tasty. Could have done with some seasoning and the bread wasn't great. Wish I'd gone for the Cauliflower on Wholewheat.

Veggie po boys - Edit
We got the greens/sweet potato and the cauliflower po boys. The liquid from the greens saturated the bottom half of the bread. That wasn’t so good, but the sweet potato in it was nice. We liked the cauliflower one a lot more, but neither was “killer”.

Fun in the moment; not super satisfying. - Edit
I never ate Poboys as an omnivore, so I have nothing to compare it to. The roasted cauliflower Poboys was yummy. While it was filling at the time, I found that I was hungry again only a couple hours later. Fun in the moment; not super satisfying.

Pretty good - Edit
Tried the sweet potato po' boy which was more mushy than we expected but still tasty, wouldn't say it was the best po' boy we had but it was definitely better than the fried tofu po' boy we tried at a very popular vegan restaurant in the Faubourg Lafayette area.

Two vegan sandwiches - Edit
I had the sweet potato po boy. It was delicious, especially with some Louisiana hot sauce. Bread was fresh, in contrast to the vegan po boy I had at all-vegan cafe “Seed” with some of the worst stale bread I’ve ever had.

This is my review for the one located in Erin Rose. Super good, mine was the pecan spread + sweet potato + collard greens combo. I think at the bar they only have one vegan option available. And they're open until 12 AM, great bar hopping pit stop for hungry folks!
