Solid African restaurant with lots of vegetarian options

Middle of the road African restaurant. Lots of vegetarian options and great sample platters. Atmosphere not so cozy and I had better African food but the friendly staff makes up for this

Pros: Lots of vegetarian options , Sample platters, Very nice staff

Cons: Food ok but not exiting , Atmosphere okish

Yummy and friendly Eritrean restaurant, ideal for sharing vegan sampler platters

Went to a meetup event (www.meetup.com/frankfurtvegetarian) and really enjoyed atmosphere, service and food very much.
Especially the sampler platters were huge, with a big variety of different plates (veggie stew, lentils, spinach, okra, chickpeas).
Also liked the Eritrean tea and enjoyed the beers (different flavors - try mango! or just lager), served in coconut bowls!
Additional spiciness on request, there was a sauce (moderate) and powder (really hot). Will definitely come back soon.

Pros: five different plates, all veggie =vegan, big portion with the sampler platter

Cons: please offer vegan deserts as well
