Delicious Japanese curry - Edit
Lots of vegan options and staff were very helpful. On the pricier side but lovely for a special night out.

Tried KIBOU during their soft opening (official opening is 30th July 2024). I had the vegan dynamite roll, pumpkin korokke, and aubergine nasu dengaku. All was extremely tasty and filling, but my favourite was the korokke - nice to find a version made without egg in the coating. There was plenty on the menu for vegans to choose from and all clearly marked, including dishes which can be made vegan on request. Will definitely go back to try different things and maybe a large plate such as the yasai ramen. A bit on the pricey side but the restaurant is beautifully decorated which I think would make it a nice spot for special occasions.
