Need to go back!

Had to try as they had curry udon which I loooove and don't see often. Tasted amazing. I need to go back to try more options as plenty to choose from 😍

Delicious Japanese food

They've got a separate vegan menu. We had the volcano rolls, edamame beans with lava salt, ramen, seasonal Japanese pickles and avocado maki and everything was packed with flavour and simply delicious. We decided to skip the dessert but they gave us some sweets after we paid the bill and they were vegan, which was a pleasant surprise, because we usually have to pass on these!

The only downside is that the starter arrived last but the staff informed us that the order in which the food is being served cannot be influenced 🤷🏻‍♀️

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Delicious food, Friendly staff

Varied Menu

Finally had my first visit to Kibou and it was scrummy. I ordered the Curried Udon which was so lovely, gorgeous thick curry sauce. It was a filling main and cost £13, which I think is pretty good. There are more expensive options on the menu, and if you were having starters, or sushi, etc it could be a lot more expensive, but it doesn't have to be.

Pros: Loads of options, Great decor

Insane(ly good)

My wife and I visited a few months back for her birthday as a bit of a treat. Holy moly this is some of the nicest vegan food I’ve ever had, let alone sushi.

It is on the more expensive side but well worth a visit. Standouts for me were the cocktails, silken tofu and panna cotta which was a surprise dessert option on special at the time of visiting. I could have just sat and ate that and been a happy visitor. 10/10 will go back for just for that.

Pros: Separate vegan menu with many options, High quality dining, Good service

Cons: On the pricier side

Good vegan Japanese food

Full vegan menu (ask for it on arrival). Lots of choice and food was delicious, had the agadeshi tofu, mushroom bao bun, cucumber maki, katsu curry & ramen. All delicious 🤤 would go back, only negative is that it’s quite expensive!

Pros: Full vegan menu

Cons: Expensive
