Happy Cow won’t let you give a five star review, unless the restaurant is completely vegan, but this place has a better selection of vegetarian/vegan dishes than probably 99% of vegetarian restaurants. I wanted to have the “cashew chicken” with tofu instead of chicken. That was no problem, so they are also willing to veganize other dishes. The food was delicious. The service was okay, not good, but not bad.

Ate a delicious green curry with tofu and my company a panang curry w tofu, both great. I always miss a wider selection of vegetables in my currys, this was no exception.

Best restaurant in Koh Phangan! - Edit
Excellent family owned restaurant that has been here since 1998 with a lot of vegetarian or vegan dishes, both thai and western food. Always good, clean and tasty food and friendly service. Famous tofuburger. Perfect stirfried chili. Yummie shakes and juices. Best people. Good location. My favourite restaurant on Koh Phangan since forever.

I know this restaurant since 2007 first time I came to Koh Phangan. As you can see from photo it is on the restaurant board too 'vegetarian food'. They serve meat too but have a large selection of veg preparation mainly with tofu and think vegan too. Just make sure if you order rice and tofu they don't use eggs. They charge from 50 to 70 baths for preparation. Just yesterday spent 135 baths for noodle sup with tofu, cashew and tofu and small bottle of water. Preparation quite tasty and abundant.
