Okay food in Khiva - Edit
Only 2 dishes are fully vegan here: the plov and the mastava soup. I got the second. While the portion is small, it's taste is nice.
Read moreWatch out: I see a lot of vegans on here ordering the green noodles dishes or mantis, but they both contain egg! No judgement, just a heads up :)

Good vegan food! - Edit
We went two nights in a row. Vegetarian page- 2 of the main dishes are vegan - green noodles (local Khiva speciality) and Plov made with oil not meat grease!

Many vegan salad options too which were good.
Far cheaper than anywhere inside the wall and lovely vibe and atmosphere with outside courtyard. Staff were great and some speak great English.
Definitely recommend for vegans and veggies alike.
