A Vegan's Dream - Edit
Our first night in Valencia we went here, the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful to us non-Spanish speakers. I tried the Khambu burger menu deal and my girlfriend had a chicken style burger menu deal, we had fries, onion rings and two drinks all for around 26 euro! The burgers were incredible, the bread of the buns so tasty, the dressings and the veggies all added to make these one of the best burgers I've had if not THE best. We split an Oreo cheesecake for dessert.The place was busy with locals and had a vibrant happy vibe to it. We came back the following night to try more of the big menu, we had the broccoli with peanut butter & lemon sauce, so good, my girlfriend had the chicken sandwich which was big and tasty, can't remember what I had but was very happy. We had a cinnamon roll and a chocolate donut for dessert, both were fresh, fluffy and tasty. Our final day we went for lunch, trying the vegetable burger, the dirty fries with cheese and bacon, and the tenders which were amazing. We got a chick'n wrap to go plus a chocolate croissant and cinnamon bun. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, the food, the staff, the vibe, the price, everything was perfect.

I had the nacho (sorry, ate half before I remembered to take a photo) OMG, seriously delicious. Hubby had the classic burger and said it tasted like meat. (He's an omnivore so this really is praise)
Then brownie for me and apple cake for hubby. I tried his too of course. Just fantastic.
Fabulous staff, friendly and welcoming even though I spoke no Spanish

Great Selection, Great Taste - Edit
Was recommended a Chivito, a popular sandwich in Valencia. The mock meats were delectable, along with a wonderfully crunchy exterior bread and a lovely moist salad filled centre with the lovely aoli type sauce.

A place for vegan fast-food located in the city center, close to the historical "Quart" gate. The staff was friendly, service was okay (for a fast-food restaurant), my order was prepared quickly. The food was tasty, though I wouldn't call it excellent. Still, if you're looking for a place to eat vegan, you'll not regret having gone to Khambú.

Es un restaurante espectacular. Como snack comimos los nachos, los aros de cebolla y los paluros de boniato, estaban todos súper buenos. La ensalada Griega servida en una tortilla de trigo estaba genial porque se puede comer con el "plato" para picar y compartir. Las hamburguesas estaban espectaculares, súper sabrosas, la Perversa está brutal y la Urubamba con la salsa agridulce me fascinó, la hamburguesa clásica también esta muy buena. Los postres están deliciosos, están elaborados por ellos mismos y son de la casa. La tarta de Oreo esta super cremosa, la tarta sacher esta también muy buena, las dos estan deliciosas, si te gustan las tartas cremosas entonces la oreo es ideal, pero si te gustan las tartas un poco menos dulce entonces te gustará más la sacher por ese toque que lleva con el chocolate. El rollo de canela calentito a mi me conquistó, con un Café o con una infusión esta súper bueno. Además, tienen Refrescos orgánicos. Sin duda un restaurante ideal para ir con amigos, con familia o solo porque te sentirás en familia aunque no vayas acompañado, ya que el trato del personal es fabuloso. Y vigilan mucho, en caso que pidas opción sin gluten, que no haya contaminación cruzada. Además, me encantó que pudieras ir con tu mascota. Volveré pronto

I was really shocked this place was not good based on all the reviews. I had the nachos, fish and chips, and Oreo cheesecake. The first thing I thought when the food arrived was that it looks like cafeteria food. I know it is cheap but it’s not even worth it when there are other cheap options that are much better. I took a couple bites and couldn’t finish anything. Even my bf couldn’t stomach it. The fish and chips is also just one single fish stick and fries. The Oreo cheesecake is not bad but does not taste like cheesecake at all. The nachos were just nasty. With all the other vegan options available around, I strongly encourage going elsewhere.

Quick and easy and delicious! I had nachos and broccoli with a peanutty sauce, and both were great, and then I had a piece of a creamy Oreo cake and that nearly knocked me out 😝 Maybe sharing it would have been better, but I regret nothing! Would go back to this place.
