Wonderful selection! Yummy! - Edit
Separate vegan menu - ask your server or its online. Lots of choices!! I had the tamarind glazed brussel sprouts and the vegan enchiladas. Both were extremely delicious! Servers were friendly. Free parking right out front. Comfortable booths. Lovely relaxed and quiet restaurant. This is only 10 minutes from six flags, the perfect start or end to your day out! They also sell merchandise there with the cafe and artwork on - hat and shirts. Highly recommend coming here!!

Rare sighting of plant based texmex breakfast! - Edit
Nice array of options here, tried a few different things and was a fan of the breakfast tacos. I would skip out on the potatoes (dry and not much flavor) but the tofu scramble was good! Definitely suggest adding the salsas too.
