Accommodates ALL Dietary Restrictions - Edit
Been here three times recently with different groups for the wine and food pairing. Really enjoyed my experience each time. Beautiful estate with a huge garden and if you do the food pairing, a lot of the veggies are from the garden and local farmers.
Read moreThey happily accomodate vegans, vegetarian, GF, and we had one person in our group with a garlic allergy; which they had no problem accommodating. When you make reservations on Tock, you can note any dietary restrictions and they will also ask when you check in.
Food and wine were delicious. Big emphasis on veggies for the vegans!
Service was fantastic, super friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Property is fun to explore on a nice sunny day - with bocce ball, picnic tables to enjoy more wine and conversation, pretty flowers and plants to check out.
Also big plus- free EV charging while you're there.

Wonderful garden and food - Edit
I've been to Kendall-Jackson probably 5 or 6 times now, introducing family and friends to their wonderful wines and delicious menus. You will typically get a four course meal (and if you're lucky like I once was, a treat midway) and each plate will be paired with a delicious wine. Some wines can only be bought onsite and are not available for purchase outside the winery (we tried a delicious Pinot Blanc that you can only buy there, we stocked up!). Menu is seasonal, so you won't always get the same thing and they do not use (that I know of yet) faux meats (e.g. seitan, beyond meat, impossible), but I would like to see them explore that route in the future!
Read moreFYI:
- Reservation is required, so either call ahead for availability (stating that you are vegan or vegetarian) or make a reservation on Tock (where you can also state your dietary preference).
- Staff are very friendly and informative. They make sure that the dishes coming out are vegan!
- After, or before, your reservation you can tour the garden. Make sure to bring a wine glass with you and enjoy all the veggies and herbs being grown.
- There's a gift shop at the entrance with some interesting things, including vegan chocolate!
- There are two (that I saw) EV charging stations onsite.
Pros: Seasonal menu, using fresh produce and fruits, Vegan friendly winery, Friendly staff
