I’m on a road trip through Mexico and got off the toll road to go to this restaurant I saw on Happy Cow. I’m so glad I did. Three course set veggie meal with fruit water. Different everyday. Can adjust for vegans. Looks like a lovely young couple run it and have a large take-away business for locals as well. Haven’t gotten the check yet, but worth any price tbh.
