Best vegan croissants ever! - Edit
Thank goodness for Keepin' It Vegan opening up in the west end! Their breads are wonderful... but it's their almond croissants that keep me coming back for more. Truly the best vegan croissants I've yet to taste ever.

I love this bakery! The only place I’ve found with incredible vegan croissants (including chocolate and almond ones). Their cakes are also so delicious and not overly sweet. You can sit down in their new location which is a great bonus.

Everything we tried was delicious. We had danishes, challah, cookies, cinnamon rolls and Nanaimo bars. The price was great. The gentleman who served us was so bright and happy. Will be back!

Visited prior to their grand reopening (coming up on March 4) and was pleased to find them open and serving some delicious treats! Front staff was friendly and helpful.
Read moreBought two Nanaimo bars, a chocolatine, an almond croissant, and a loaf of sourdough. Everything was incredible! The Nanaimo bars have the perfect layer ratios and are not too sweet (as they often can be).
Saved the pastries for the next morning, heated them up quickly in a toaster oven and they tasted fresh with a little crispy flake on the outside and tender layers inside. Good amount of rich chocolate in the chocolatine, but could have used more almond filling in the almond. The rustic sourdough loaf is scrumptious paired with some vegan butter and a bowl of soup. Yum!
So fortunate that this bakery has moved to the west end and is easy to bike to. Looking forward to seeing them thrive! Really looking forward to my next Nanaimo bar!

We needed a last minute cake for my mom, and found Keepin It Vegan through a Google search. We took a huge gamble and ordered a cake. It was seriously, extremely delicious. So impressed! I am giving 4 stars because I'd like to try more, and because I wish their cakes were a little less plain looking. We decorated ours with strawberries and it was pretty stunning 🥰 Highly recommend giving them a try!

I ordered a last minute cake for my mom’s birthday and they even added a happy birthday plaque on the top of it. The cake tasted great and the icing was smooth and creamy. We got the vanilla cake that had been on display. Excited to try the chocolate!
