Not great not horrible - Edit
This place has 3 vegan options and I went for the vegan pita. It was fine, a bit spicy, but otherwise quite basic.

Vegan kebab - Edit
Located at the domestic terminal right above the check-in desks in food court. There are 3 vegan options. Payment is cash only in the kiosk on the right hand side of the kebab kiosk. Pita was a bit spicy and French fries too salty for me but good for other people. 400 ฿ for two dishes. Good option to get a vegan food before departure but I expect to be better.

Located above the domestic checkin area in the coral food hall.
Read moreThis place has 3 plan based options including a burger, pita and kebab with plant based meat and fries. You can add the plant based meat to the kebab for 89 baht but is included in the other two.
I had the kebab and it was ok. Not bad for a quick bite. The staff member spoke very little English but was polite and friendly.

Don’t think it’s at Domestic terminal. - Edit
My wife and I are traveling from Phuket to Koh Samui and walked the entire Domestic terminal. No Coral burger. They have numerous Coral Cafe’s and “The Coral”, but no Coral Burger.
