Great small town option

We went there one morning for breakfast on our way to Stowe.
The place doesn’t get a lot of vegans but the staff were great at helping. They have plenty of veggies, impossible patty and hummus so you can have something quite nice put together. They don’t serve hot drinks which is a drawback but the food was decently priced and good.

Pros: Imposible patty, Helpful staff

Cons: No hot drinks

Good bagels with fresh toppings

I would love it if this place offered a vegan spread in addition to hummus (perhaps a nut-based cheese spread or a store-bought vegan cream cheese), but that said, it is a good place for bagels because they can really load up a bagel with hummus and veggies such as: tomato, cuke, red onion, sprouts, roasted red peppers, capers, banana peppers, etc. They really pile it high. Also, every time I've been in, they have had a vegan soup which has seemed homemade and definetely tastes above average. One day all I wanted was a salad so they put all the bagel toppings in a bowl for me and it was actually fantastic. So yeah, for a nice chewy bagel piled high with hummus, this is the place. (The also have beyond sausage breakfast muffin but it's made with chicken's egg and dairy cheese so I've never had it.)

Pros: Good bagels, Hummus & veggies for the bagels, Excellent vegan homemade soup

Cons: Needs to have vegan cream cheese, Needs a vegan breakfast sandwich

Bagels better than NYC!

Most of their bagels are vegan! Was able to order a plain bagel, toasted, and loaded with veggies. A little pricy but nice to have a fresh bagel over something that's been frozen for weeks.

Pros: Fresh!

Cons: A bit on the pricey side
