Nice little health conscience juice bar and cafe. Located upstairs in small shopping center just past Le Select you will find a bright yellow wall turn left and head upstairs. To go and limited seating on site. Menu items must be confirmed as Vegan as this is France and they love butter, cheese and lardon. Some how find a way to put into everything. Our last vist the lentils co confirmed VEGAN were amazing. But never assume and always ask.

What a lovely place to get a custom made salad, custom made sandwich, or pre-made item in the cooler. I feel in love with their salads made with high-quality ingredients (I went back several times for them). The carrot salad in the deli section was also delicious. You can also get a custom juice or even a coffee/tea with plant milk here. My favorite place in St. Barths for healthy lunch options.
