Best veggie dumplings in NZ

We traveled through NZ for 3 weeks, and had veggie dumplings at nearly every stop. The "greenies" (clearly marked vegan) were hands down our favorites. The person running the stall was really lovely and helpful. Also note that their broth is listed as vegan, though we didn't try it (wish we had!). The noodles might also be vegan or vegetarian but you'd have to check.

This is a semi-permanent truck so no seating, but right by a nice little park and the museum, so plenty of room to find a seat.

Pros: Beat ever dumplings, Friendly service, Nice location
