We went for the vegan buffet breakfast (served on Sat & Sun between 10am-3pm) and it was absolutely lovely! Stew, pastes, veggies, pie, salad, bread, sweets - a perfect breakfast! Much better than our hotel.

Honest review. I found the energy coming from the counter staff didn't match the energy of the decor and cafe. The cafe is adorable and so charming! omg, its great! Super comfy & cozy with cute cat decor everywhere. The cafe was definitely designed to say, "Sit. Make yourself at home. Stay a while." But the counter staff had a nervous energy that projected more of an, "Are u done yet?" feeling. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day.

The chia pudding was good if you like bland flavoring. The carrot cake was not moist and also not flavorful. The coffee was good. Still, I would come back.

I wished I had ordered the brunch buffet. It looked excellent! I did not see it until after I'd ordered.

NOTE: You cannot see the entrance to the cafe from the street. It shares an entrance door with 3 shops. You think you are walking into a clothing shop but then as soon as you open the door, look straight back and you will see the cat cafe.

Koty za Ploty is a sweet and cosy place, fully cat-decorated, offering a tasty vegan brunch every Saturday-Sunday for 25 PLN. It is a vegetarian place, but indeed most brunch items are vegan, with some gluten-free choices. Cute, quiet and easy going. Children friendly :)
