Fresh simple sushi spot - Edit
A popular spot in Revelstoke with some nice patio outdoor seating in the nicer weather. For vegans, only rolls were available, but we tried plenty and all options were clearly labelled on the menu. The sushi was fresh, and there were some exciting options, like Japanese plum and mint in the ume shiso roll, which we particularly enjoyed for its unusual tang and sharpness. We tried the yama maki, cucumber, midori maki, yasai, sweet veggie, as well as a vegan veggie platter. They were all fresh and flavourful, and the whole sushi experience was served with plenty of ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce. The croquettes on the veggie platter were especially yummy and crispy, with a chilli sauce we used for the sushi later too. There is a limited menu for vegans, with some choices, but still a pleasant experience all round and super friendly service catering to our needs.

Very Tasty - Edit
I had tofu salad and veggie platter. Very fresh and tasty, and a nice assortment of flavours. On server’s recommendation asked for small cubes of fried tofu. It was a good choice. There was more protein (tofu, cashews, egg) in the salad than the hot platter, but they complemented each other well. That combo would have been enough to share, as it was I took the rest home for another meal.

Went with omnivores, they had traditional sushi that they enjoyed.
Small but pleasant restaurant. Great service.
Well worth a return visit.

There’s not a lot of vegan options in Revelstoke so it’s nice to find some choices at this sushi place.

Got some yam tempura and avocado cucumber rolls. They were really good. Also tried their tofu salad as vegan option, which I never heard of before. It looks quite strange but it’s a huge plate. It was alright.
Another busy small place in Revelstoke so get there early or make a reservation if you want a sit down spot.
Pros: Super nice staff, Vegan options
Cons: Weirdly cold dining room.
