Only veggie place inside the gates - Edit
One of the only places inside the airport that offers vegan food, unfortunately most of the places that offer nice vegan food are outside the gates in the public area of the airport. This place has a whole vegan menu, it’s not expensive and tastes nice.

Easy and tasty - Edit
The vegan items are clearly marked (as are gluten free). Located within the 'street food' food court upstairs, it's easy to pay by card at the kiosk and meal was quick to come out. Tasty, with all the condiments.

Delicious Dosa - Edit
Had a plain Dosa and it was brilliant. $8 SGD. Really large and tasty condiments. Located in Terminal 2 Airside, up the escalators to Level 3 food court area. Great place to get some Indian food in transit or before your flight

A lesson in expectation management - Edit
After scoring 2 killer Jain meals on connecting Singapore Air flights, I had hoped the gods of Indian cuisine would smile on me once more. But this wasn't that. Must roll with my homie m's review here: few vegan options, taste is nothing special, but it's an oasis of vegetarian food in the airport desert.

There are few vegan options here, but they’ll do in a pinch. The dosas and uthappams are decent and the idli is an option if you’d rather avoid fried food.

Great Veg option at the Changi Airport - Edit
Having a vegetarian option with several vegan options is wonderful at the Changi airport. That said, I was the 2nd in line and it took 10 minutes to have my order taken. And then learned that the vegan options weren't available other than a potato curry. I was offered roti prata but prata is made with dairy. I did enjoy the curry but dissappointed the vegan options weren't available due to a broken stove top as well as the long wait. I still gave it 4 stars because the curry was great and just for having the option at the airport was nice.

A quick bite - Edit
There were 3 items that were vegan, one being Vada which is what I decided on. It was just a 10 minute wait after ordering from the ordering/payment machine at the front. I was expecting the dish to be a bit oily but it wasn't at all, and it hit that jetlagged spot! This was the only veggie place I found in the terminal. It's a bit toasty and humid up there in Singapore Food St compared to the rest of the airport but service is quick so it's bearable.

We were in transit at Singapore and decided to have breakfast just in case the plane breakfast was awful.
Read moreThere is a self service kiosk and you order from a range of restaurants at the kiosk then pay by card or cash. Then you get a receipt and we sat near the stall so we could pick it up.
I had the vada and my partner had the idli. Both were really tasty, fresh and hot. I loved the sauces that were served with them.
It was very quick and easy
I have updated happy cow as this place was doing a roaring trade yesterday!

Impressive - Edit
I took the Masala Dosa and it was delicious. Quite spicy though. They were quick to prepare the food. Their restaurant area is also quite nice to sit in.
